Add NAV

Records the NAV a portfolio fund reported, which marks the holding until the next one. nav_amount is in currency, defaulting to the portfolio fund's currency. Send the NAV of the fund's own stake with valuation_base investment_value, or the whole portfolio fund's NAV with enterprise_value. The holding needs a commitment first.
