List fund of funds events

Returns the commitments, drawdowns, distributions and NAVs recorded against holdings in other funds, most recent first. Each event carries both fund_currency (the investing fund) and portfolio_fund_currency (the fund invested in), so every amount can be read in the right currency: commitments and called_amount are in the portfolio fund's currency, invested_capital and distributed_amount in the investing fund's, and a NAV in its own currency.
